At pempp, we aim to provide a secure and transparent payment experience for our customers. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how payments are processed, and how payment-related issues are handled.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website.

Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider may apply additional fees, such as currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other service charges. These fees are charged by your payment provider and are not controlled by pempp.

Payments on our website are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Shopify-supported payment services and other available payment processors.

We do not intentionally store your full credit card or debit card number on our own systems.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method may be authorized or charged at checkout.

An order confirmation email means that we have received your order request. It does not guarantee that the order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.

All orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud prevention review, inventory review, and order verification where applicable.

Payment Verification and Order Review

To protect customers and our business, some orders may be reviewed before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refund an order if:

Shop Pay

Shop Pay may be available at checkout for eligible customers. Shop Pay allows customers to save payment and shipping information for faster checkout, subject to Shopify’s terms and privacy practices.

Use of Shop Pay may require you to agree to Shopify’s applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible purchases and eligible customers, subject to provider approval and applicable terms.

Installment payment availability may depend on order value, customer eligibility, location, payment provider rules, and other factors.

pempp does not control approval decisions, installment terms, payment schedules, late fees, credit checks, or other financing-related terms provided by Shop Pay Installments or its financing partners.

If Shop Pay Installments is available to you, the applicable terms will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Digital Wallets

We may accept digital wallet payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet, where available.

Digital wallet availability may depend on your device, browser, region, wallet account, payment provider, and checkout settings.

When using a digital wallet, your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of that wallet provider.

PayPal Wallet

If PayPal Wallet is available at checkout, you may choose to pay through your PayPal account or other PayPal-supported payment methods.

PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s own terms, conditions, buyer protection rules, payment review processes, and privacy policies.

If a PayPal payment is delayed, declined, reversed, or placed under review, order processing may be delayed or cancelled.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax or other taxes may be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address, billing information, order details, and applicable tax rules.

Tax amounts may vary depending on your location and the items purchased.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method unless required or permitted by the applicable payment processor and law.

Duplicate Charges or Pending Authorizations

In some cases, a failed or incomplete checkout attempt may result in a temporary pending authorization on your payment account.

Pending authorizations are not always completed charges. They are usually released automatically by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us at info@pempp.com with your order number and payment details. Do not send full card numbers by email.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a payment concern, please contact us first at info@pempp.com so we can review the issue.

If you submit a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide order records, payment records, shipping records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy information to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, PayPal, Shopify, or other dispute resolution provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of current or future orders, account restrictions, or other actions permitted by law.

  • Make sure your billing and shipping information is accurate
