At pempp, we understand that reliable shipping is an important part of your shopping experience. We carefully process, package, and ship each order to help ensure your items arrive in good condition.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
If any additional shipping options become available at checkout, the applicable cost will be shown before you complete your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, holidays, promotional events, or due to unexpected operational delays, processing times may be extended.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Time
For example, if an order takes 1–3 business days to process and 5–8 business days to deliver, the total estimated delivery time may be approximately 6–11 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is:

Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Carriers
We mainly use major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination, service availability, and fulfillment requirements.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us at info@pempp.com.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
You may also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website by entering your order number, email address, or tracking number, if this feature is available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Changing the Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We may be able to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier.
Once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses.
If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, including reshipment fees.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund for eligible items, excluding any non-refundable shipping or handling costs where applicable.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery location, mailbox, building reception area, neighbors, or household members.
You may also contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details.
If you still need assistance, please contact us at info@pempp.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the issue and assist where possible.
pempp is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you investigate the issue.
Delivery Issues Caused by Carrier Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, carrier disruptions, customs or routing issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped, but we will assist you in reviewing available tracking information.
